I have a booth for rent at Dimensions Hair Design; located at 1004 W Finch in Nampa, Idaho. Each salon station is 9′ x 8′ and they have their own chandelier and plenty of shelving. Dimensions Hair Design is themed Shabby Chic and your clients will love its trendy interior.
I am looking for someone who is passionate about what they do, and will help maintain a positive environment!
Must have some clientele base, no real walk in availability
Rent is: $250 per month
$100 refundable deposit :
The deposit is fully refundable as long as you pay rent on time (by the 5th) and give me 30 days notice when/if you want to leave.
Rent includes shampoo back-bar
all utilities
and use mini-fridge to offer drinks to your clients if you wish.
Rent will stay the same for 1 year minimum (Permanently as long as the landlord doesn’t raise my rent!) Ask me how to get a discount on your monthly payments.
